[1.] General RP Etiquette is expected, and patience is requested. I am still relatively new to RP in FFXIV, I am also rusty at RP in general. Explaining things to me will go a longer way than getting angry.[2.] As reassurance; IC Character interactions mean nothing for OOC feelings or emotions. Some of my characters can be a bit short or rude at times, this has no connection to the writer's feelings about other writers. Though this shouldn't be an issue with Dullahan as he's much more mellow.[3.] Avoid serious violence between characters unless discussed beforehand. No Exceptions. Characters referencing violence is okay, as is playful violence such as /random punching fights and general lighthearted brawling. Serious violent content must be discussed.[4.] Almost all of my characters are mature in some way, be it violence or mature content. all mature content in rp, be it violence or otherwise, must be communicated beforehand as to avoid discomfort from both parties.[5.] Dullahan is multiship. if this makes you uncomfortable, do not seek out romantic ships with Dullahan.[6.] Dullahan's identity as a masculine nonbinary person is to be respected at all times both in and out of character. No exceptions.[7.] If you're unaccepting or otherwise disrespectful regarding xenogenders and neopronouns for characters or roleplayers, please do not interact with my characters for extended periods of time. this is due to the mun using neopronouns and xenogenders as labels.

Found in the Palace of the dead by an adventuring party and brought to the surface to be left to his own devices. Unknowingly to the adventurers, they had unearthed a long-dead gelmorran risen from the grave. And now he's unleashed upon the world, looking for purpose and sustenance in a world that is almost nothing like the world he once dared to say he knew.

Dullahan is the trope of a creature pretending to be a normal person for one reason for another- for him it’s a case of the fact that he doesn’t feel undead or acknowledge himself as such, alongside the ever-present need to feed off of flesh. Not that he would ever divulge his dietary restrictions with anyone purposefully, much less the common stranger. He sees it only as a side-effect of whatever caused his memories of the past to become lost.Despite being undead, Dullahan is extremely well-spoken. He’s a man of poetry and dramatics, a man of arts and knowledge that would definitely blend in well with a group of elezen academics. He’s also very respectful for people he interacts with, with a tendency to use professional titles for others seemingly on instinct. Expectedly, he is unable to understand most modern slang, much less figure out how to use it properly.In most situations he could be mistaken for just a regular older man with his tendency towards written mediums and his inability to understand technology. It also helps that his skin hasn’t decayed too much, and that his form of undead is closer to human than most.
